Returning Players Meeting:
As a reminder, there is a meeting schedule for all returning players this week on Wednesday March 19th at 3:00 pm in Room 114 at the high school. Last season will be reviewed along with expectations for the upcoming season. All returning players should be in attendance.
The Case for High School Soccer:

Conditioning Videos:
We will continue with the conditioning workouts from Shoregal alumnae Hilary George who is now entering her third year as assistant coach at the Univ. of South Carolina - Beaufort and 9th year overall on a college level. Hilary is also a certified strength & conditioning specialist. As promised we will continue to present videos of the USCB Sandsharks each week for you to enjoy:
