1st Annual FootGolf Tournament:

Proceeds to Benefit the Boys and Girls Soccer Programs at Avon Lake High School.

FootGolf is a great way to launch the start of your fall season. Join us for a one day, festive filled FootGolf event. Better your skills by working on driving the ball, chipping, and passing your ball into the soccer ball sized hole. Make sure that your shot has the proper weighted pass, kickoff and accuracy. Don't kick it in the lake or in the bushes. Shoot it up to the green and assure you get the lower score.

This game is soccer first, and golf second.   What a GREAT way to get you ready for an awesome Fall season. Beginners to the most experienced players are welcome. We will have food, prizes and entertainment. Winning teams will win deluxe trophies.

Start your season out right! Build team camaraderie. Compete against your friends. This is guaranteed to be an inaugural first class event.  We will feed you. You won't leave hungry or under entertained. Expect to have a blast. No shin guards needed! Just a ball and a competitive fun filled few hours!

Food for thought - U.S. women were multi-sport athletes before focusing on soccer
Here is an article from USA Today dealing with the constant debate between specialization and playing multiple sports - spend a few minutes to read it over.
