Soccer Links:
With the regular season starting this week, we want to highlight some websites to increase your enjoyment of the game.  Understanding the Laws (rules) of soccer can be challenging at times.  This week we will feature a site that can help you understand those rules and you can even ask real life refs questions:

Shorty Sez:
We continue with our collection of motivational sayings coming from the Twitter sites called Women Love Sports and Coach K which may be found at:

Once there, here are some selected examples of tweets over the past week. Hope you find something that inspires you here:

If you want to fly, you have to give up the things that weighs you down.

The measure of who we are is how we react to something that doesn't go our way.

Playing time is not about what others think, rather what you earn practice by practice, game by game: make it obvious.

Responsibility equals accountability equals ownership. And a sense of ownership is the most powerful weapon a team can have. – Pat Summitt
